New Policies

I regret to have to tell you..but we will no longer be taking personal or business checks at the store....some people have to ruin it for all....and for those of you who dont understand this...Our Policies at the store for balloons are.... you pay for them in advance before we ever put helium in them....most people understand this..there is that few 1 percent who just dont get it.....we will no longer be delivering either....we appreciate our loyal customers and hope they continue to come back in the store...as for the few... we wish you well...... thanks again..Management at Kelleys Holiday Supplies.....
